Are you sitting long hours in front of the computer these days? Did you increase your social media interaction because of the Covid 19? Stressing your neck, shoulders and your back in front of your computer does affect your vision directly.
In this class, you will learn powerful tools that will increase your awareness of your posture and the connection between your body, mind, and vision. By using special movement, breathing, vision meditations, and special tricks you will break old vision habits and increase your peripheral vision. You will also learn self-massage to help relax your eyes and your entire body. This will waken up under-used nerves and muscles to expand the capacity of your vision.
2 - Chair Pilates - Straightening Your Core, Bones, and Muscles

Using Pilates and neuro-muscular movement, you will learn to move your body in a way that strengthens your neuro-muscular system. This creates balance, kinesthetic movement, and relaxation. We will use delicate movement meant to increase the consciousness between tissues, muscles, and bones. This class benefits those who would like help with posture, rejuvenating bones (osteoporosis), healing back problems, and auto-immune, neuro-muscular issues.
